In this pilot study we developed and tested a prototype application (app) for self-management of arm and shoulder exercises after breast cancer treatment. This mHealth app, bWell, is evidence-based and was developed together with breast cancer patients, academics and health care professionals. bWell is a complete, mobile resource and a step-by-step guide on how to perform arm and shoulder exercises after breast cancer treatment. The app was launched in October 2018 and is now available for free for iOS devices on Apple's App Store. For a preview and description click here.
Exercise and demonstration videos are also available here.
